St. Bernard Salutes America
Jul 4
The 4th of July celebration saluting America will take place on Saturday, July 4, 2009, beginning at 5:30 p.m. with a bell-ringing ceremnony at the Liberty Bell Plaza. Entertainment by the Bucktown All Stars will begin at 6:00 p.m. in Torres Park. There will be children's activities, train rides, and rock walls. Commemorative shirts and concessions will be available. A spectacular free fireworks display will conclude the event at 9:00 p.m.
