St. Bernard celebrates the Irish, Italian, Islenos Culture that will be "Rolling Down The River" with a parade on Sunday, March 8th, 2009 beginning at 12 Noon. The parade will feature 52 floats and 50 marching units. The route will begin and end at the Civic Auditorium, 8245 W. Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette, LA .
